The PharOmics team will guide you in selecting the appropriate kit, understanding the results, and making an informed decision to confidently complete your purchase

Payments for PharOmics orders are made online through secure banking gateways. For your convenience, you can choose one of the following options:

• Full payment (cash): Pay the full amount when placing the order. You can benefit from Pharomics periodic discounts.
• Two-step payment: Pay 50% when placing the order and 50% after your results and report are ready (up to 25 days).
• Check payment: Pay 50% when placing the order and the remainder via a check due two months from the order date.
  (This method has no interest or fees and is available for orders above 20 million IRR.)

No. All costs related to DNA sample analysis, genetic reporting, specialized genetic consultation, and monitoring/updating your genomic information for six months are fully included in the kit price. No additional payment is required.

After the six-month period, if desired, you can extend the service to benefit from annual genomic monitoring or PharOmics lifetime genomic services

If the kit has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once the kit has been shipped or used, due to the personalized nature of genetic services, a refund is no longer possible
